Prompted by a special request from the Umeshu Research Association, DASSAI Inc. has crafted a scrumptious Japanese plum wine using their flagship Dassai “23” sake and the highest quality Nanko ume fruit. After a period of aging, the umeshu takes on a smooth taste with a rich, silky texture. Appreciate the full-bodied, natural flavor and aroma of ripe ume with every sip of this limited release.
