Kubota “Seppou” White
Niigata prefecture
Like the first breath of spring
Kubota “Seppou” White is a limited seasonal release that is brewed and stored during mid-winter in super low temperatures using sokujo method which produces a cleaner, fresh-tasting sake. It is the counterpart to the fall seasonal “Black,” and theoretically, blending it together would create Kubota’s iconic product “Manju.” The refreshing white flower aroma and crystal clean texture is like a fresh spring stream babbling in the sun.
