Sakari “no. 11” Junmai Daiginjo
Hyogo prefecture
Sometimes less is more
They say that great things come in small packages, and this has never been more true than with this junmai daiginjo. Each little rice grain polished down to 50% of the original produces something great, unleashing the rice’s best flavor. The pillowy texture delivers a rich rice flavor with a vein of sweetness. Like other “Sakari” line sake, this brew is naturally preservative and gluten free, and also certified vegetarian.
