Sakari “no. 12” Daiginjo
Hyogo prefecture
An unexpected joy
Happiness can come from unexpected places. You just might find it in this sake’s elegant texture and restrained aroma. Brewed using Miyamizu water from Mt. Rokko mountain range, a gorgeous land of lush green, this famous and recognized water source leads to the sake’s identity and symbolizes the connection to nature that the brewers want their sake to bring. Sakari “no.12” Daiginjo won gold at TEXSOM 2021.
