Crafted with a unique blend of wine and sake yeasts, this junmai reveals a vibrant, wine-like bouquet with subtle notes of apple and lime. Refreshing acidity shines through the sweetness, rendering it a nice match for salty foods such as chorizo and salted squid. This non-traditional sake won Platinum at Milano Sake Challenge 2023. For your worry-free enjoyment, it is also vegan and gluten free.
