Dassai Blue “35”
New York
Years in the making
DASSAI Inc. exported Yamadanishiki rice seeds from Japan to Isbell Farms in Arkansas, in hopes that they could grow high quality sake rice fit for brewing superior junmai daiginjo at the new Dassai Blue Sake Brewery in New York. After four years, their collective efforts paid off. Delight in the sweet fragrance and flavors of peach and papaya when you sip Dassai Blue “35.”
