Calbee “Kappa Ebisen” Shrimp Chips
Made in Japan
You won’t be able to stop once you start!
First released in 1964, the original flavor of Kappa Ebisen is arguably the most beloved Japanese chip. The dough is made with whole, natural shrimp — including the shell! That’s why it’s so delicious and packed with calcium. Instead of deep-frying, Calbee uses a method that gently roasts the shrimp, giving it a savory flavor and crispy texture that’s simply irresistible. After roasting, a light spray of oil is added to create a smooth, mellow finish.
